Rapid Re-Housing ESG Case Manager
This position provides supportive case management services for individuals who have experienced domestic violence. Determines housing needs and provides assessments, advocacy, budget counseling, goal setting and self-sufficiency planning. Grant knowledge preferred, but not required. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience working with families and children in a direct service capacity. Salaried/Exempt position.
